A Complete Solution for Thermal Performance

With over 25 years of rainscreen industry relationships, technical expertise, and real-life experience, ECO Cladding offers non-combustible stainless steel and aluminum cladding support systems to accommodate a wide variety of rainscreen panels.  Our approach to rainscreen support systems gives designers the ability to interchange multiple cladding materials on the same elevation and/or project seamlessly with the same non-combustible, thermally broken substructure components and wall bracket assembly.

Our team evaluates the thermal impact of the rainscreen cladding assembly on the building, the implications of penetrations on the air barrier, the need for internal adjustability without shims, the ease of installation, and provides a fully engineered, non-combustible cladding sub-framing solution that has no NFPA 285 triggers.

From wind load, thermal, and span analysis to panel layout optimization and installation support, ECO Cladding provides a full range of design, engineering, and installation support.

ENGINEERED

Connections at wall brackets, profiles, and panel fasteners are engineered to limit panel stresses associated with thermal movements.

COMPLIANT

Our bracket based systems are designed to meet or exceed the thermal perfomance requirements of
ASHRAE 90.1.

OPTIMIZED

Our approach allows fewer penetrations through the Continuous Insulation plane & the weather protective membrane.

C.I. Sub-framing Solutions

With a variety of cladding support solutions being offered, our Sigma stainless steel “C.I. Sub-framing” provides the best combination of fire safety, engineering, and thermal performance at a cost-effective price.

Raina Rainscreen Association in North AmericaECO Cladding is proud to be a founding member of the Rainscreen Association in North America (RAiNA), an international not-for-profit industry association dedicated to serving the rainscreen market in North America. RAiNA provides a forum for designers, trades, test agencies, and material suppliers to gather to determine best practices, interpret and inform codes, as well as educate and address technical concerns in the industry. ECO Cladding is grateful to serve as a voting member on many of RAiNA's committees, with the shared goal of promoting properly designed rainscreen assemblies throughout North America.

Seamless Integration

Design materials such as ACM, metal panels, FRP, fiber cement, HPL, terracotta, natural stone, porcelain ceramic, and fiber concrete can all be integrated into a drained and back-ventilated (DBV) rainscreen wall assembly with one seamless and uniform aluminum or stainless steel attachment approach that has no NFPA 285 triggers. ECO Cladding’s Sigma and Alpha Wall Brackets offer a turn-key solution for the increasingly rigorous demands of engineering, fire safety, and thermal performance.
