Lehman College Nursing Education, Research, and Practice Center - Bronx, NY

Designed by Urbahn Architects, installation on the state-of-the-art Lehman College Nursing Education, Research & Practice Center (NERPC) is now underway. The 3-story building is situated on the campus mall, between the two iconic buildings - the Gothic Davis Hall and the Brutalist Carmen Hall. As a result, this complex location called for an innovative design. An ECO Cladding Vci.10 subframing system will be utilized for the installation of the UHPC panel rainscreen. The visible rivet, face-fastened system will provide a high-performance, non-combustible attachment approach for the ultra-high-performance concrete panels, allowing this installation to be both economical and time-saving.
