ECO Cladding Cabarrus County Courthouse - Concord, NC

Cabarrus County Courthouse - Concord, NC

Designed by Selling Architects, the Cabarrus County Courthouse addition in Concord, North Carolina reflects a deep respect for the historic significance of the courthouse campus while addressing the needs of a growing community. The project features 30,000 square feet of TAKTL ultra-high-performance concrete (UHPC) panels, installed using ECO Cladding’s Vci.40 concealed attachment system for a sleek, modern aesthetic. A key element of the design is the transformation of Means Avenue into a vibrant urban plaza - repurposing a former one-way street into a welcoming civic space for public gathering. The result is an iconic addition that strengthens the cultural and functional heart of the community.
