Beacon High School - New York, NY
Located in the heart of New York City, Beacon High School is a magnet school designed by John Ciardullo Associates that stands at the forefront of innovative façade design. As one of the first projects in NYC to incorporate ultra-high-performance concrete (UHPC) panels, the school features 56,000 square feet of TATKL UHPC cladding. Supported by ECO Cladding’s engineered subframing systems, the façade delivers exceptional durability, thermal performance, and modern aesthetics. This pioneering use of UHPC in an educational setting reflects the school’s progressive mission and sets a new standard for urban academic architecture.
