The Child Development Center at College of the Desert in Palm Desert, CA is a state-of-the-art 10,000-square-foot facility dedicated to training the next generation of childcare professionals. Designed with sustainability and desert climate resilience in mind, the project achieved LEED Gold Certification with 70 points.

ECO Cladding’s subframing system supports durable HPL panels by Fundermax, contributing to the building’s high-performance envelope and passive solar strategies. The design incorporates deep overhangs, skylights, natural ventilation, and low-emitting materials to create a healthy, efficient, and inspiring learning environment.
