Gansevoort Peninsula - New York, NY

Located along the Hudson River in Manhattan’s Meatpacking District, the Gansevoort Peninsula project features a striking blend of fiber concrete and metal panels supported by ECO Cladding’s engineered attachment systems. Designed by nArchitects, the pavilion is a key component of the larger Hudson River Park development and includes Manhattan’s first public beachfront.

ECO Cladding provided subframing solutions that met complex structural and aesthetic demands, including custom detailing behind perforated metal panels that are backlit to reveal the system as a design feature. The integration of sustainable materials and rainscreen performance standards helped deliver a durable and visually impactful waterfront structure.
