Georgia Tech Glenn + Towers Residence Hall - Atlanta, GA

The Georgia Tech Glenn and Towers Residence Halls renovation features 38,000 square feet of Fundermax HPL panels installed using ECO Cladding’s engineered attachment systems. Designed by VMDO Architects of Charlottesville, the project reimagines student housing with a bold, modern façade that enhances both performance and aesthetics.

ECO Cladding’s subframing was critical in supporting the dense HPL panels while meeting rainscreen best practices and Georgia’s strict energy codes. The result is a durable, thermally efficient envelope that elevates the campus environment. This project highlights ECO Cladding’s strength in large-scale higher education applications.
