North Shore Community College - Danvers, MA

Designed by Shepley Bulfinch, one of the USA’s oldest architectural firms, the 37,000-sf addition to North Shore Community College’s McGee Building in Lynn, MA, serves as a transformative anchor to the downtown Market Street redevelopment. The striking curved façade and dynamic new plaza create a welcoming entry point for students, families, and the wider community.

ECO Cladding provided the engineered subframing system to support the light-colored TAKTL UHPC concrete façade panels, helping achieve the project’s architectural vision with a durable, thermally efficient rainscreen solution that redefines the college’s public presence.
