For this striking design, the team at Perkins + Will provided King County with a modern and energy-efficient community hub via the new Tukwila Library. The facade features Terra5 terracotta rainscreen cladding and our Hci.22 subframing system. Using a random pattern of blended grey terracotta panels, the building is lively and ready to serve the minds of all who want to be inspired.
