West End Square 50 - Washington, DC

TEN Arquitectos & WDG Architecture collaboratively designed DC’s West End fire station, along with 52 affordable dwelling units and a commercial space intended for competitive squash tournaments. By pairing SWISSPEARL® Fiber Cement panels with an ECO Cladding Alpha Hci.10 system, this awarding-winning, LEED Silver project is a stunning example of high-performance rainscreen innovation.

Completed in 2017, West End Square 50 has received a number of design awards and accolades, including the AIA DC Merit Award in Architecture.
