University of Iowa Seamans Center
ECO Cladding collaborated with BNIM Architects to provide a high-performance subframing system for the University of Iowa’s Seamans Center expansion. The project utilized ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC) panels by TAKTL, chosen for their durability, precision, and sleek aesthetic. ECO’s engineered attachment system ensured proper support, alignment, and ventilation behind the dense TAKTL panels, while meeting the building’s thermal and structural performance requirements. The result is a modern façade that reflects the innovation and engineering excellence of the academic programs housed within.
