As part of the transformation of Riverside Labs into a state-of-the-art life sciences campus, Buildings 15 and 20 showcase a high-performance façade featuring ECO Cladding’s attachment system with ACM panels.

Designed by Gensler and constructed by Shawmut Design and Construction, the project benefited from detailed coordination and documentation by Existing Conditions, ensuring seamless execution through pre- and post-demolition phases. The result is a modern, precision-engineered exterior that reflects the innovation within.
