Dover Middle School - Dover, DE

Becker Morgan Group, in collaboration with Perkins+Will Architects, provided full architectural and engineering services for the new Dover Middle School Campus – School of Excellence and School of Innovation. Designed through an inclusive process with input from staff, students, and the community, the project supports two interconnected schools of 800 students each, sharing central facilities like a gymnasium, auditorium, cafeteria, and mechanical plant.

The modern campus is built on the former Dover High School site and includes comprehensive site work, athletic fields, and improved traffic and stormwater systems.

ECO Cladding’s engineered subframing system supports a combination of metal panels and UHPC panels, contributing to the high-performance and visually dynamic façade.
