The Olsen Family Patient Care Pavilion at Deborah Heart and Lung Center in Browns Mills, NJ, marks a significant step forward in delivering state-of-the-art cardiovascular care. Designed by EwingCole, the three-story vertical expansion and interior renovation modernize the hospital’s infrastructure while maintaining a focus on patient comfort and flexibility. The new addition includes 36 private, universally adaptable inpatient rooms and a mechanical floor to support advanced clinical functions, expanding the hospital’s capacity to 95 single-occupancy rooms.

ECO Cladding provided the subframing support for a high-performance rainscreen system utilizing metal panels and Fundermax HPL panels, enhancing the building’s energy efficiency and architectural appeal.
