The Cohen Residences at 112 Centre Street in Brookline, MA, underwent a transformative renovation led by Davis Square Architects in partnership with Hebrew SeniorLife. This 98-unit affordable senior community, originally built in 1976, received a full façade replacement, updated units and common areas, HC accessibility upgrades, and modernized building systems.

The renovation features ECO Cladding’s subframing system behind new ACM panels, contributing to both performance and aesthetics. Located in the vibrant Coolidge Corner neighborhood, the project reflects Hebrew Senior Life’s mission to redefine the aging experience through thoughtful design and integrated care. The result is a revitalized high-rise that promotes dignity, comfort, and community for senior residents.
