100 South Campus Drive at Harvard University - Boston, MA
Located at 100 South Campus Drive at Harvard University, this forward-thinking project by Marvel Architects integrates a brick façade with carefully detailed metal panels and soffits—all supported by ECO Cladding’s engineered rainscreen attachment system. Designed with a strong emphasis on achieving net-zero performance, the building required a cladding solution that could meet strict thermal and energy efficiency goals.
ECO Cladding’s adjustable subframing played a crucial role in minimizing thermal bridging and maximizing insulation effectiveness across the envelope. The result is a high-performance, visually cohesive building that aligns architectural excellence with sustainability.
